@ROFlyoshi You've obviously never been to Germany dude. The difference in german for using the "ch" either as a "sh" sound or a more guttural one is a personal preference type of thing. It kind of depends on where you were raised. After an "i", "ie", "ei", or "e" the "ch" combination can either make the "sh" or the guttural sound.? Plus at the beginning of a word it always make the "sh". However after an "a" "u" "o" it definitely makes the harsh guttural sound that you're probably expecting.
